Villopoto Posted: 05/03/09 Ryan Villopoto was not to be stopped. He looked like the aggressive, blazing fast Lites rider we'd come to be blown away by the past several years as he charged up to the front and forced the issue with Stewart. After trailing closely for a couple of laps, James dropped off the pace and probably went into 'salvage mode'. Posted: 05/03/09 Stewart was completely relieved and totally overjoyed by his championship victory. Due to the live TV scheduling there were long breaks where interviewing and everything else stopped, and all James could do was soak in his win. 450 Podium Posted: 05/03/09 Ryan Villopoto finally stood in between the two "fastest riders on the planet", which means he beat them both, and that's been his goal all along. He was absolutely railing all night, and was obviously on almost the exact same pace as the two number 1's that ended up ahead of him at the line. Nice pics. Im glad that Stewart one he deserves it. Even Reeds cheap attempts to wreck Stewart could not stop him! Good Job Bubba. Oh btw where would i go to see the pass alessi made on short that cleaned him out?
