New Jersey's Dave Ginolfi wrapped up the Midwest Regional Lites championship Friday night in Kentucky. Ginolfi used consistency rather than a bunch of wins to get the series lead a few rounds back and hold onto it. He'll run the 1m plate in next year's series.

With two rows on the gate for the main with a total of 18-20 riders, and laptimes in the 20 second range, you end up with one very full racetrack very quickly.

The riders apparently weren't too happy with this particular Arenacross track, although to us it looked like the standard deal. There were a lot of large concrete chunks and rocks embedded in it though, and the whoops looked particularly rough. Laptimes were in the 20 second range.
