The Vegas track is ready to go and the hope that the rain will hold out is... mixed. Some want it, others don't, and the chances for rain tomorrow look fairly good based on the size of the storm system moving into the area later today.

Chad Reed was one of the two 450 class racers to show up, and James Stewart wasn't the other one. Reed used the opportunity to throw several jabs at James, but focused more on his former team manager Larry Brooks.

Chad seems ready to do whatever it takes to win the title tomorrow night. He made several references that he'd do whatever it takes to get the job done.

Short was on hand to talk about what it takes to be consistent - not only for a series, but throughout a career. He's solidly 3rd in points, and theoretically doesn't even need to race tomorrow to hold the position.

Dungey's won the Vegas Supercross 100% of the time he's raced it. He's 2 for 2 going into tomorrow night's race, and is certainly considered a favorite for another Shootout win.
