Preston Boespflug Signs with Partzilla PRMX Team for 2025

"The move to Kawasaki feels right!" Preston Boespflug has signed with the Partzilla PRMX Team for the 2025 SuperMotocross World Championship ahead of his sophomore year.

The Partzilla PRMX Team announced today that it has signed Preston Boespflug to a one-year deal for the 2025 SuperMotocross World Championship.

Boespflug, a Washington native, was on the BarX Suzuki team during his rookie 2024 season. In his debut to Monster Energy AMA Supercross, 250SX East, he placed 9th in Philadelphia for his best result, with top-15 finishes along the way to 15th overall in the championship.

During the summer's second round of the AMA Pro Motocross Championship, Boespflug suffered a broken thumb in a first-turn crash from Hangtown. This injury took him out of competition until his return to the series at his home state race of Washougal. He didn’t receive enough combined points throughout the year to qualify for the SuperMotocross World Championship Playoffs this past September.

This team will be another memory with the brand for Boespflug, as he was an amateur rider on the Team Green Kawasaki Program. He will move across the country ahead of the 2025 season to unite with his new team and prepare.

Punta Gorda, FL - October 11th, 2024 - The Partzilla PRMX Team is proud to announce its signing of Preston Boespflug for the entire 2025 250 SuperMotocross Championship.

Boespflug, a California native, will be preparing for his sophomore season as a professional by moving East to the new PRMX Team headquarters at MotoBros @motobros.punta.gorda.mx in Florida. The 19-year-old caught the eye of Team Owner Julien Perrier after a successful rookie campaign in this season’s 250SX East Region. Boespflug finished 15th overall in the standings with six main events and four of those results were inside of the top fifteen. However, his best finish was a ninth in Philadelphia. The Partzilla PRMX Team sees his potential and looks forward to helping Boespflug build off of his stellar rookie season.

The move to Partzilla PRMX will also mark the return to Kawasaki for Boespflug, who was a member of the Team Green Program as an amateur.

Julien Perrier - Team Owner
